Richard is Skippy Blair trained and a Certified Dance Instructor by the Golden State Dance Teacher Association and is a Certified Judge by the National Dance Dynamics Certification Board of the World Swing Dance Council. The Judges Certification qualifies for judging any of the national 3 day swing competitions that report points to the World Swing Dance Council.
